The worst costumer attention.
I had Splash ID almost 3 years. Suddenly I downloaded the new version (I had de 6.2 and upgraded for 7.2.2) and all my data was converted into garbage. I contacted Splash ID for support and this is what I got:
1) They take about 3-4 days to email you back.
2) The person that responds the emails doesn’t have a clue about what to say.
3) After you explain the problem in six emails, they just said to me "I am escalating your case to 2nd level of support. Someone will get back to you soon” and then an email from another guy who’s “chief experience Officer ” at Splash ID but is just the same as the other guy.
4) I had 63 records in my computer and now they are lost.
I wouldn’t recommend this app. I’m getting my money back.
