My Splash ID got corrupted. Duplicates of many entries; entries in gibberish "code"; completely unusable. Tried to get online support and got many suggestions to fix but nothing worked. I was told a "higher" level would contact me. Never happened. Morgan Slain, CEO vowed someone from senior support would follow up. Nothing. I wrote two regular mail letters, Oct., Dec., 2015 to Morgan Slain without even an acknowledgment of my letters. They have abandoned me with a totally unusable Slash ID after keeping my money that I paid for lifetime license. Totally irresponsible and unable to fix my problems.
