No response from support!

I upgraded to the Pro version for $19.99 a year, but the app has never upgraded. I restored the the transaction multiple times but nothing works. I paid for the Pro, but still have the Free version. Sent 2 emails using their support site and havent heard a word from them!! I want my money back. Very disappointed!
