Never worked, no support, financial dispute
The app never worked and in spite of over a dozen emails with Support, never got the issues resolved. I downloaded the app from iTunes and paid for Cloud services at the time. Got a trial version for my efforts that kept trying to force another purchase. I contacted SplashID and was told it was iTunes that did not subscribe me, said they would do it, took my visa information and provided a link to iTunes. The link only permited me to cancel future renewals, not the current. Now I have paid twice and received email notification from SplashID that I have a subscription and then another that it is cancelled within. Options for repayment, PayPal only and I dont have an account with them. Visa dispute handles that issue. After paying a second time, got "trial expired" and "subscription expired" on the app. Support never resolved the issue. I finally contacted iTunes who kindly refunded me and promised to investigate the situation.
