Danger - frequent corruption

I have used SplashID safe for many years but have finally moved on

In the past, I had recommended SplashID to countless others as one of the best password managers that offered both iPhone and Windows desktop sync. Unfortunately, the application (particularly the sync) is suffering from a number of issues that are unacceptable and frustrating:

1) Frequent corruption of all entries in the database upon desktop sync (sometimes following a desktop app hang)
2) Frequent corruption of all entries in the database upon application upgrade
3) Duplication of "iPhone" user accounts in the desktop app

Since the database is proprietary and encrypted, corruption is absolutely unacceptable (all entries will be completely scrambled). This corruption has happened across a number of the recent app versions in the past year.

If the app & sync were to work reliably, I would rate it a 4.5 for its usefulness and user interface. However, until the corruption issues have been worked out, I cannot feel comfortable recommending the app.
