Bump- yet another fail

Thought I would write a review of my latest experience , but my post from last year is exactly the same. Please read before making the same mistake:

So tonight I discovered I have lost MANY addresses and entries during this so-called "upgrade"

ANYONE THAT BUYS THIS GETS WHAT THEY DESERVE

So now that Im forced to upgrade, I have sent myself SEVERAL emails trying to get this app fully activated and out of read only mode... No email

Whats the problem, is this part of a beginning coding class?

Update: there are an amazing number of negative reviews now missing. Why is that?

So I just downloaded the latest patch and it still fails to operate properly. Why is it this crap is released being this broken?
