Shortly after a similar complaint in these reviews, Ive experienced the same problem. I was using V6.2 and the previous version of IOS software. The company suggested I try V8. I did for 5 minutes and wanted to go back to 6.2. V6.2 was now broken. Apparently you cannot go back and now it asks for an update/upgrade payment. I have over 650 records and was successful in moving them to 1Password, using the converters. I have a feeling that Splash may have changed ownership. The last disaster they had was when they had a server problem and my Splash would not open. For about 16 hours or so, it stayed like this until they resolved the issue. The next thing they said was I should pay a fee for an upgrade which would prevent this from happening in the future. What? You broke it, you fixed it and now you want me to pay for your fix so it doesn’t happen in the future? Sorry, not doing that. Too many problems now with this product. They are not looking after their customer base. 1Password works well now and they are actively pursuing the market and trying very hard.
